2. Return Policy:

1. Users are requested to check all products(quality and quantity) while delivering.

2. Unnecessary excessive requests of returns and refunds might get rejected without any notice to You. A user may return any product during the time of delivery, or within 1 day if: 

  1. Product does not meet the user’s expectations 
  2. Found damaged during delivery 
  3. Have doubt about the product quality and quantity 
  4. Received in an unhealthy/ unexpected condition 
  5. Finds product unusable 

3. Users may return any unopened or defective item up to 20% and less, within 1 day of receiving the item. But following products may not be eligible for return or replacement: 

  1. Damages due to misuse of product 
  2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product 
  3. Any consumable item which has been used/installed 
  4. Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers 
  5. Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty 
  6. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered. 

 

 2. Refund Policy:

1. If under any circumstances, “Amrhat” fails to fulfill its commitment or to provide the service/product, it will notify You within 72 hours via phone/ text/ email/software notification. If the service, that “Amrhat” fails to complete, requires any refund, it will be done maximum within 7 Days after its acknowledgment, sending You a coupon code appropriate for You.

2. You may get a refund of a product based on its original manufacturer, their policy of product refund associated, condition of the product, type/category of product(non-/perishable, etc.), usage condition of the product, damage condition of the product etc. We reserve the right to refuse a refund.
